2007 Trimbach Riesling Cuvée Frédéric Emile - France, Alsace (10/17/2026)
Mmmmm golden petrolly goodness! Almost done with a case, all have been wonderful except one poxed. We are now in the golden years here with the 07...fruit still has youthful sours...caramel green apples with a nod to the tropical pineapple and mango...wonderful integrated petrol and crushed wet slate...some dried honey and old lady closet...still very bright and sharp as a tack! Love the long, eating salted lemons off of cold steel, finish. This is getting close to 2001 status! My goodness! (96 points)
