2007 Trimbach Riesling Cuvée Frédéric Emile - France, Alsace (1/3/2025)
This bottle was on fire tonight! 2007 drinkin wonderfully…riper pear, pineapple, and baked apple than previous go’s…still classic chiseled wet crushed rocks, chalky n salty slate dust, sour lemons, quince jelly…more vinous in fruit…the petrol is gassed up…integrated perfectly…speaks Alsatian fluently and in prime form…a total Rock Star wine! (94 points)

Recently had this wine for the first time thanks to Costco, a 2015, and thought it was amazing. I wished I’d bought more than one then and this post makes me wish it even more. I’ll have to keep an eye out and hope for more so I can try it again one day with more age on it because this post really makes it sound incredible.
