2007 Selbach-Oster Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Kabinett trocken - Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer (10/29/2009)
Very nice wine from a great vintage. Extremely dry for a Kabinett, which is a pleasant treat, and strong but not invasive acidity. The nose is still tight, not giving up much at this stage, but it drinks very well now, and perfect with food. I’m guessing these easily can go 3-6 years as well. (90 pts.)

Yes, but it is still drier than a typical trocken, scarfface.
