2007 Gary Farrell Pinot Noir Russian River Selection - USA, California, Sonoma County, Russian River Valley (7/23/2011)
Enjoyed with sweet and spicy baby back ribs. Nice ruby color. Nose of cherries, cola and oak. Soft on the palate with more cola, ample acidity, cherries, strawberry and Santa Rosa plum. Finished with soft tannins, some light spiciness and lingering acidity. Ended up popping a 2nd bottle. Tasty stuff. (90 pts.)
