2007 Felton Road Pinot Noir - New Zealand, South Island, Otago, Central Otago (12/20/2009)
Deep rich nose of forest floor and rasberries. This had plenty of baking spice, dark cherry with brooding fruit. I put half of the bottle in the fridge and enjoyed this even more on day two. (92 pts.)

Nice note, Rob. Solid and consistent wine. I dig Felton Road.
I liked the 06 fine, but I did seem to remember detecting a little heat on it and I really dislike that in a more delicate wine like Pinot. Did you notice any with the 07?
Chris
You post a note and it is on a NZ Pinot. Way to go. Thanks for the note.
Jason
Exactly what I was thinking, LOL
Enjoyed the 06 Block 3 PN (no heat) and especially the two guys behind it: Blair and Nigel. Robb, do you specialize in NZ PN TNs?
