Nutmeg, white pepper, lime and white flowers on the nose. Quite sweet on the attack with lots of pear fruit, but melds into a nice tart lemom lime finish. Nice and light acidity on the finish. Will only get better from here, but a pleasure to drink now. Went very well with grilled cajun chicken.
What a timely note, am opening this tonight to go with some spicy shrimp taco’s
Joe - Should be a great pairing. Enjoy!
Ohhh. That sounds fantastic.

Thanks for the note… I have a singleton of this… and still have no idea when I will pop it. Soon? 5 years? 10? I feel a need to try a Donnhoff Spat at some point. It seems that there is no wrong decision to make, only a better one.
Simple solution: Buy more!!!
Better solution - buy it in magnum! Get two, one for now and one for 7-8 years down the road.
