2007 David Arthur Cabernet Sauvignon Elevation 1147 - USA, California, Napa Valley, Rutherford (8/14/2009)
WIML92-93+
Tasted August 14, 2009 at the winery.
Tasted from magnum of all things. Fortunately this very young wine has not shut down yet. Dark garnet to purple color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of fresh ripe berries, potpourri, currants and raspberries. Flavors of Bing cherries, berries and juicy raspberries. Medium acidity and tannins, medium to full bodied. I guess you can drink one right now before it shuts down but I’d recommend holding. Should be beauty with some age on it. (92 pts.)
