    Wow, this wine has developed well since the last bottle a couple of years ago. After seven years, it’s still on the upswing. Flavors of green apple, stone and pears. The mouthfeel is somewhat dense, with an oaky butteriness that isn’t excessive at all. Really nice acidity and youthful over all. At least 10 years of drinking pleasure left in this one. Excellent! (91 pts.)

I always try to handsell Cave Spring when helping out downtown. Their Riesling is top drawer too.
