From the estate vineyard in St. Helena comes this dry riesling…vines are 40+ years old. Nose of pineapple and coconut Lifesavers. Really good acidity and no RS at all. On the palate, the pineapple carries over with a touch of cardamon and some waxiness…not what I would expect from riesling, but it’s there. I really like all the offerings from this out of the way producers. Very eco-friendly and organic…plus great people to deal with. Been in their club for five years now.
