    A premier Cru vineyard that abuts Le Montrachet and Criots-Batard Montrachet…has brilliant metallic gold, green tinge color…fresh nose of baked green apple, honey spice, an intriguing crushed mineral sulfur ala Leflaive. Super creamy weight…yet packed with tart lemon sour and powdery minerals…subtle flavors flowing down the palate like a smooth water slide ride…bright florals, some smoked barrel spice, vanilla creme, green apple skin acidity. Doesn’t blow your mind like a great Montachet…but for the money…a nice wine to sip from your side of the fence…while watching your billionaire neighbor attend to his… (93 pts.)
