In honor of the “unlimited” offer on the mailer, we decided to see if we wanted more and how many. Popped and Poured, whoa, lets throw this thing in a decanter, we said. First glass was way too tight, revealing nice fruit fighting through the wood. Drinking from the decanter over the next 2 hours, the wine was softening a bit and the fruit was showing nicely. A little minerality on the end and a hint of green bell pepeer or maybe the forest floor I have seen mentioned by others in TNing this wine. I left a third of the bottle for tonight, lets see where this is on night two. No score yet
