  Off the list from Wild Ginger. First glass need some air but the second glass was magical. Apricots, stone orchard fruit, slate, peach and honey. This wine is in a great place but could age a few more years if you desire. (94 pts.)

I used to love Christoffel. I still have some 2001/2. I bought some 2019 and was very disappointed. Surprising to see that on a menu.

Wild Ginger has a ton of German wines younger and older on their list. The nice thing is most people don’t drink them so at $80 off the menu I am a buyer.
