2006 Château de Fieuzal Blanc - France, Bordeaux, Graves, Pessac-Léognan (7/4/2009)
A bit tight at the beginning, but opens up nicely. Light golden color. Notes of spicy oak on the nose, along with some faint honeysuckle but fairly closed. Very closed at first, but with 1.5hrs of air it shows notes of vanilla and lemon zest on the palate. Really well delineated and very crisp. Very young, try again in a couple of years but I could see this one possibly going for more than a decade. (90 pts.)
