    I caught this leaking in my cellar, tsk tsk… This is pretty incredible stuff. Lots of petrol on the nose, slightly spritzy, auslese sweet with tons of acidity to add balance. Super refreshing on a hot sunny day. (92 pts.)

A 2003 Christoffel Urz Wurz Auslese*** from PC opened this weekend had nearly 3 inches of ullage yet still showed well.

I like the 2005 Simon wines I have opened.
