TN: 2004 Muga Prado Enea

If you are a fan of Muga and Prado Enea you’re gonna want a case of this stuff. Decanted for 4 hours and then poured back in the bottle…surprisingly soft given the amount of fruit available and a very long life ahead of it…

Very different than the 2001 - 2001 to me was a much lighter wine…even 7 years in this thing is still a beast.

Glad I opened one and putting the rest to bed…

Thanks for the note Matt. Are you saying the 04 is bigger than the 01? I love the 01. I found it to be excellent and not very light…though not big but nicely concentrated and expressive.

I found it to be much bigger - darker color and more fruit…If a wine can be “big” and “elegant” at the same time, this wine achieves it…
