2004 Dönnhoff Schloßböckelheimer Kupfergrube Riesling Spätlese - Germany, Nahe (11/18/2011)
A hint of smoky development beginning to show on the nose. It reeks of sweet limes, honeysuckle, talc and rockmelon. It is rich, sweet and textured with real power and presence and a shot of tart lime holding everything in check. It is extremely long of flavour and went well with some barbecued chilli squid.
