TN 2004 Corra Cabernet Savignon

Decanted one hour. Dark Inky purple in color. The nose has spice, much cassis, some vanilla oak and licorice. On the palate, this has raspberries, minerals, cassis and a nice 30 second finish. More elegant than I expected although it is slightly lacking in acidity. Yet, the wine is not flabby, but seems to be well suited for a nice steak. After 2 hours it has filled out and seems pretty balanced.
I will not drink it while I dine on King Crab and watch little Mac and Cheese Jr. gulp his Kraft extra cheesy down.
