    Hard to believe this is nineteen years post vintage, as it is still so fresh. White peach, saline minerality, sweetness measured as a dusting of powdered sugar on a shortbread cookie, it’s all about elegant balance. I wonder if I actually opened this too soon! Thankfully I have other vintages, and can allow them to rest with confidence.

Such an underrated producer.

One store in Calgary carries recent Spreitzer but one has to be really in-the-know to get any!

Drank so many of these young. They were so good! I’m not surprised they can go longer. Thanks for the flashback!
