Disgorged in March 2013 and shipped recently to Australia direct from the Pol cellars. Simply wonderful and complete Champagne. It has plenty of bakery/biscuity notes along with some red fruits, citrus blossom and cinnamon. It is full, rich and creamy, with super-fine bead and supportive chalky acidity that is almost completely resolved. Every sip is a delight and unlocks some mildly exotic fruits.
