Beautiful champagne, very nice toasted brioche on the nose with nice bead, nice citrus and apples on palate and good acidity. I’m consistently impressed by bottles from this producer at the $50 or so I paid. The cristal-ish bottle is gimmicky but can’t argue with what’s inside.
