This is a lovely wine, but I would give a slight nod to the 2001 Fuees, if you have that one in your cellar, make sure to leave it alone for a few more years. I had a bottle of the 1991 Fuees at the Paulee de Beaune this year and it was stellar as well. If you fall in love with the right domaine the relationship will last…
