The 2002 that Ed shared, was absolutely breathtaking and in a lineup of pretty stellar bottles of Bordeaux, this was my co-WOTN. I loved it and coddled my glass for hours, slowly sipping and watching this emerge as a brilliant Batard.

I actually have some of this producer’s wine in my cellar and cracked one last night.
2007 Hubert Lamy Saint-Aubin 1er Cru En Remilly. Damn nice stuff I must say.
