TN: 2002 Gibson Shiraz Barossa Vale

2002 Gibson’s BarossaVale Wines Shiraz Barossa Vale - Australia, South Australia, Barossa, Barossa Valley (2/6/2010)
Big rich brawny without being overbearing or alcoholic. Harmonious in the mouth with good acidity, ripe fruit, and a medium finish of raspberries, plums, and dark chocolate. May mellow over the next few years, but probably won’t get much better. (91 pts.)

Recall the alc level, Ken? Trying to guage my 01-02 Aussies from that area.

Not just recalling it, I’m still feeling it, Stu! [wink.gif]

The back label says 14.5% fwiw.
