2002 Domaine Dujac Morey St. Denis 1er Cru Monts-Luisants - France, Burgundy, Côte de Nuits, Morey St. Denis 1er Cru (12/29/2009)
My first Dujac, and it was wonderful! Purchased off a local restaurant list, served at cellar temp(which is very key imo)…bright golden fruit(peach/pear/apple), singing with minerals, stones, and lemon chiffon. The warmer temp really brought out wonderful creme brulee spice, white honey butter, lemon blossoms, oak nuances…all in a delicate and bright tasting style. Just so beautiful to sip with dinner!
