    What a wine! First of all, seven years lying around in the cellar left a substantial dune of sediment on the bottom. Amazing. Beautiful green / gold color. Nose was exquisite, with ocean spray, citrus, and floral elements. The palate was just fantastically weighted: dense, even, great balance with cut from the acid, and flavors of lime-like citrus, minerals, shells and a bit of white stone fruit. The finish was excellent. Wow. (95 pts.)
