TN: 2000 La Croix de Gay, Pomerol. Opens up with a few hours of air. Plum. A sour quality that just says “young Bordeaux.” This one is still young, but accessible with air. Milk chocolate on the finish (clearly from the oak - not overdone, but present for sure). Not bad. Lacks a “purity.” Give it 4-6 more years. $25. 88 points.
