    Admission: I don’t like Nebbiolo. Normally, that is. This stuff is otherworldly though! It has the backbone of an aged California Cab, but the fruit is so much more red and refined. Such balance with perfect acidity and spice to brighten the fruit without making it too tart. It figures it’s so costly to source nowadays. (96 pts.)
