TN: 1997 Domaine Camus-Bruchon & Fils Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru Les Lavières

Nose: Saddle leather, mature forest floor, and oyster mushrooms

Palate: Sweet cherry and rasberry fruit, baking spices and some definite powder sugar, alongside worn leather mocassion. A moderate metallic taste comes prior to a short but nice finish.

Fairly good, probably needs more air/time. Will revisit the other half of the bottle tomorrow. B/B-

Steve,

I mean no disrespect but how exactly does a worn leather moccasin taste? Different from a worn leather sandal or an unworn leather wingtip?

Much softer [snort.gif]

definitely softer than a wingtip neener
