1996 J.M. Boillot Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Combettes
Opened by a friend. Not decanted. I thought this was showing well for being 30 years old. Nothing special but very pleasant. Gold color. Lower acid which left a slight flabby feel. Raw hamburger aroma. Notes of apples and almonds. This improved with air in the glass. Drink now. 87 points.
