In a pretty good place. Last bottle I had was a bit candied. That was 2-3 years ago. This bottle also was a bit candied…for about 10 minutes. By the time the lamb was ready, that note had rather thoroughly disappeared. It turned into a sour, sour cherry fruit profile. Tasty indeed. This is ready to drink, but there’s no hurry.
not surprised it’s good–the 95 Rouget Cros Parantoux is mind-bending.
