1992 Domaine Château De La Tour Clos Vougeot - France, Burgundy, Côte de Nuits, Clos Vougeot Grand Cru (5/14/2017)
Light vintage, strong wine, drinking beautifully. It is a very savoury wine with plenty of forest floor, pine needle sap, blood and earth. It has a touch of smoke and vinous sweetness in the mouth. There’s good volume and a tangy finish. It doesn’t have huge length but that just means you have to take smaller, faster sips so all good.
