TN: 1990 Pichon Baron

I like this vintage a lot. I’d also recommend the 2000. I haven’t opened one in a while because I think it has a long life ahead and I’m trying not to drink my limited number of bottles too young. Last time I opened one it was awesome. Really seamless with layers of complex flavor on the palate, great body, really nice

Count me in as another fan of this wine. 1990 Pichon Baron is one of the top wines of the vintage. 1990 Grand Puy Lacoste is right up there as well. It’s not quite as refined, but it’s really good.

What do you think of the '96 Pichon-Baron?
Saw the dinner’s notes from two years ago (thank you for detailed overview), but was wondering if anyone had a recent tasting.
