  • 1988 Domaine Jean Collet & Fils Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons - France, Burgundy, Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru (1/1/2023)
    From Magnum this was absolutely superb. Poured out fresh with a green tinge. The nose was inviting, with the perfume of white flowers and fresh lemons. In the mouth it was detailed and there was a buttery feel to the mid-palate. There was plenty of geological action and the finish was super salty and long.
