I love the 85 LB. Last time I had it I would easily give it 94+
The spearmint is intriguing to me.
To what might that be attributed, with a wine having some age on it like this?
Your guess is as good as mine, Todd. I could maybe see others describing it as “herbal,” but, to me, the spearmint really stood out. Reading others’ TNs on CT has me believing that our bottle may have been a bit off b/c I certainly wouldn’t say it was lush or fruity – this was more austere, earthy, and minerally … it just seemed a bit tired.
