    From magnum. The wine is still excellent, although losing a bit of its sweetness. The color is dark gold. The flavors are orange, apricot and toffee. Still holding together just fine and well stored bottles will be drinking well for another 10 years. Paired very well with oysters. Yes, oysters. Done at the suggestion of Chris Koetke, dean of the culinary school at Kendall College. (90 pts.)

Tremendous Barsac, and an excellent accompaniment for shellfish. Have had this wine multiple times though never en Magnum.
