    There's just a touch of mushroom/truffle from the cork. It is really good though, with a nose of smoked meats and Hoisin and some grated ginger. It is rich and heady through the mid-palate and so silky of texture. There's so much spice and an expansive finish that has sweet earth and intriguing floral spice notes. The wine has wonderful acid cut.
