Audouze for 2 hours. Immediately expressive with sourdough, lemon curd. Palate is singing with bright citrus, white flowers, brioche and sourdough. Such depth of flavor with a backbone of acidity. The finish goes on and on and on. Top 5 Champers for sure. My earlier note said 95 pt potential, but that was proven conservative. (97 points) -

PnP. DIAM 30. Nose is bright and fresh with stoney minerality. Touch of warmness from the oak on the backend. Palate has lemon and some white fruits. Strong backbone of acid creates a really zippy, juicy finish. (94 points)
