Tonight’s dinner was TJ’s blue shrimp in Buitoni Alfredo Sauce on Rustichella di Abruzzo Saffron Fettucine. It was enjoyed with a 1992 Grgich Hills Napa Valley Chardonnay - fill a half inch below the capsule, cork colored about a half inch; color a medium yellow, darker than on release, good secondary yellow and white fruits on nose and taste, with adequate acidity, with a medium long developed fruity finish.
Then for dessert we had a half a Pink Lady apple sliced thinly with a glass each of Banfi Grappa di Montalcino.
