Anyone else have as much trouble as I have getting these guys to return an email?
If you mean the Wine Cellar in Palatine, fellow Wine Berserker Larry Kaplan is proprietor. That is odd that you have not had success getting a response back thru store email, perhaps something is amiss?
He is always prompt replying thru PM’s here. Or, gasp, you can always try to reach them via phone!
