I know the owner well. Very good people. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them.

I’ve bought from them and have no complaints whatsoever.

The owner seems like a very honest, straightforward guy.

Rejected some wines I wanted him to sell for me, due to questionable bottle state, so obviously he has his standards

I’ve only bought from them once, but they seem pleasant and reasonable. Wouldn’t hesitate to repeat.

Great service. Helped some friends once and actually talked them down into buying something he thought they might like as opposed to a too young DRC.

As far as the Old and Rare Wine Company, not much to say except that whatever I’ve purchased from them has been fine and their customer service is fine too. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again.

Well, actually I would since I haven’t bought anything for a while but if I were to buy from any retailer, I most certainly wouldn’t exclude them. They’re fine.

Thanks, out of my range, anyway. But if I were to go back to them, it would primarily be for assurance of quality on older, high-$-value bottles, like the one you purchased.

I was considering placing an order, but a quick search showed horrible reviews on Yelp. Anyone dealt with them recently? Were the bottles in tip top shape?
