The Micro-Wineries of Napa Valley

Definitely a pleasant surprise. They are on my radar now.

When I think of Micro-Wineries in Napa, I think of these guys. I’m sure Berserkers are familiar, but figured I’d make mention. Dyer Vineyards. 2.5 acre vineyard pumping out around 400 cases a year. Highly acclaimed site and wines made by some of the nicest people in Napa Valley.

Here’s another. The vineyard is located on a hillside adjacent Shafer. They’ve been selling them grapes for a long time and also make some of their own wine.

Love this thread. I just signed up for Ilsley Vineyards and Copper Bear wines as well.

Keep 'em coming!

Ilsley is great. Friends of ours work there and host tastings. We visited the area earlier this year and our friends brought a bottle of the 2015 Reserve to dinner- it was excellent.

K&L is offering 2014 Dyer vineyard for $70 from a library release. I’ll pick one up. Thank you.
