The Eagle Rare 17 YO Is Coming to LCBO Mar. 30th -- Should I Get This?

Yo Boozehounds,

The LCBO is bringing the Eagle Rare 17 Year Old whiskey to Toronto this coming March 30th! [shock.gif] I just confirmed this over the phone with them. (They’re also bringing in the George T. Stagg with its whopping 70% cask strength ABV this year as well).

My question is… is this as good as the Jefferson’s Presidential Reserve I keep swooning over? Should I get this right away? Those with experience with both, please let me know!

Eagle Rare 17 is always good - some batches are better than others but it’s always worth having.

Get the Stagg and ER 17, both are excellent Bourbons, if only 1 get Stagg.
