Nothing but good things to say, other than it’s a pain in the arse to get there from Highland Park.

Excellent, timely service… no complaints.

one good, one bad experience. My purchased wine was ā€œlost.ā€ I never got it. Never used them again–happened a long time ago.

Good service. Once had a bottle of rare, relatively expensive wine was broken by Fed ex (apparently a fork lift ran over it!) and they refunded the amount.

Been buying from them for years. Never had a problem. Very professional and honest people. They aren’t the cheapest place in the world but I can’t remember having a problem with anything I’ve ever bought from them and that is worth something.

Ask for Simon if you need to communicate with them.

I’ve been pleased in my couple of purchases. Best perk of all–free delivery to local storage facilities.

Have bought from them a couple dozen times over three years. No problems and good service – always responsive and courteous.

If you are buying prearrival, I would note that they are usually not the first retailer in the country to get their deliveries; likewise, however, not the last. Additionally, be aware that if they get a container with only part of their allocation of a particular wine they seem to sometimes split it up among their customers, so you may get your allocation in two installments instead of all at once. I don’t know whether they give allocation preference to big time customers (I am not one).

I’ve bought from them many times and been happy with each purchase. I have just recently started buying futures and everything seems on the up and up.

Rehashing an old thread as I just now received an invoice from TCWC for storage Jan-Mar 2013, totaling $9.00, for FOUR BOTTLES OF DONJON. Huh? I don’t recall any language to that effect when they notified me of shipping, and quite the opposite, where Lisa Sindt proclaimed ā€˜no hurry at all, I just wanted to send a reminder’.

What a joke. Never again.
