Just bought a boatload of Filets, Strips, and Sirloins. I love the Ribeyes too. They’re to die for. These are the best, most flavorful steaks I’ve ever bought and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
If you’re trying to decide whether to pull the trigger, do it. Hell, go on the website and just pick the steaks you want if you don’t see a bundle that hits your sweet spot. I’ll try to do my best on this explanation: They are not A5 gross pure fatty steaks, and they’re infinitely better than some piece of prime beef you can go find. It’s exceptionally marbled beef that also maintains great texture and is sensationally flavored. Never had beef as good. Period. Strips and Ribeyes will go toe to toe with any beef anywhere. Marbling is so good I tend to get filets and sirloins for more day-to-day eats, and strips and ribs for when I want to go big.
This stuff is extraordinary.

They really like Daddy Dust but it’s hard to find. S&P, garlic powder and lime zest for 30min then grill direct/indirect/direct flipping often to 130-135°.
