I may have missed this in a previous post, but is there any idea of when the tri tip roasts will be back? I was going to make a non berserker day order too but can wait for that until the tri tip roasts are back. Thanks!
You sold me… I just added a “small steaks” to what I had ordered yesterday (pictures below and mid morning hunger also convinced me… )

The tongue is great. We had our last one, last night.
My wife used a pressure cooker but the crock pot seems like a good idea too. Hard to change after many years of using a pressure cooker for tongue though.

Have you been to Morrie’s Steakhouse? The painting of a black bull in their lobby is Rancher’s Choice - born and raised on our ranch. They serve a lot of our beef, but the Tomahawk Steaks are the most impressive!
I’ve been to Morrie’s (assume you mean the one in Sioux Falls?) many times - great story to share next time!
