2018 Evident, opened and left for an hour at cellar temp while fixing dinner, drank from a Sensory. Immediately a ton of dark fruit, little bit of spice on the nose. On the palate lots of dark and red fruit with some moist coffee, touch of vanilla perhaps, long finish where all the flavors present slowly fade to a lingering blueberry. Paired with a plate rib pho. Excellent balance all around, highly recommended, and sad i missed out on buying a case!
