There are several that will ship. The caveat is usually that they claim no knowledge of local laws, so if your package should have issues I’d think it’s on you. That said I have never had an issue here. They do label it as alcohol and it’s typically a wine+liquor store so I’m sure the assumption is that it’s wine.

I even had a retailer tell me that they legally can’t ship liquor, but they really wanted to sell the item I ordered so they’re shipping it to me. Serious? Why say anything?
