Temperature for drinking vin jaune?

Hi,

I’ve been exploring Jura and picked up some vin jaune. What temperature would you recommend for optimal drinking? I was thinking cellar temperature (cool but not cold) but wanted to check with the experts.

I’d start from cellar temp and adjust as necessary.
