Gravedigging for a thread about Bertagna.
I just picked up some 2019 Clos des Perrières based on 2 risky reasons:
1 - I’ve never tried a Vougeot 1er Cru
2 - The agent was mentioning that quality really took a step up from 2015 forward (and I somewhat trust the agent)
I also grabbed a few Bourgogne Blanc just for kicks.
Does anybody have experience with recent Bertagna wines?
I ordered the 2017 Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Nuits on a list last Wednesday and it was pretty decent especially for the $75 list price. It was ripe and quaffable without any hard edges. Not a stunner but certainly enjoyable.
