I do not. Greg_McClellan is the one that said he knew the guy in his post in December 2021.

Try their contact page, it’s behind a wall.

Thanks Todd - I already tried their website and couldn’t find any information.

From his last release email: “please email tom@praytellwines.com to arrange for an appointment at the winery in McMinnville.”

It’s after you click “store”.

This is as strong a recommendation, from as trusted a source, as I can imagine. As I mentioned in another thread Matt’s wines are new to me. AB Vintner here in the UK (who also carries Marcus’s wines) is now carrying McKinlay. Took a flier on everything on offer based on the recommendations here.

Does anyone know where I can find more info about the full line of wines that McKinlay offers? What I think is/was their website (https://mckinlaywines.com/) doesn’t seem to be responding.

Try this: McKinlay – Avalon Wine

Walked into PCC right after catching up on this thread, and see a bottle of the McKinlay WV PN, on sale no less! Score!

We’ve had Matt’s wines over the years, and at a 1990s WV Pinot Noir tasting in 2012 or 2013 two of the flights had McKinlay wines. Both were my two favorite wines of the tasting. The style is extremely well executed, and McKinlay vineyard designates and the Special Select always have great balance and finesse.

Some news about a pair of Teeny Tiny Wineries of Oregon…

We (Ocelli Cellars) are joining forces with Patton Valley Wines and doing a shared pop-up tasting room every Fri-Sun in July at the Ten Oaks Gallery in McMinnville from 12-5pm. If you come in for a tasting, you can do a flight of Ocelli, a flight of Patton Valley, or a flight of a combination of our wines, all while checking out all the cool artwork in the gallery.

This will be a test of our concept of a shared tasting room, and if all goes well we will be finding a permanent home soon. As far as I know, there isn’t another tasting room in the Willamette Valley that follows this concept where there are multiple wineries occupying the same location.

I hope it works well. Great location too, right across from Linfield.

What hours will the pop-up tasting room be “open”?

12-5, just updated my original post. Thanks for the catch!

Very cool spot. The owners are great and very wine focused— I have gotten to know them well. The historic house/setting is for sale, hint, hint (not the business which will continue to show art at various wineries)….

The more I think about it, the more I wonder why you all haven’t quite figured out Teutonic wines, and Mr. Tuttle.
